I called the company 3 times to confirm that they would collect my brother, his wife and 2 kids from Gatwick airport and bring a baby seat. First the driver did not meet them at the Arrivals. When asked he said that he was driving about to avoid paying the parking charge?! Then he did not call my brother to even tell him this so how on earth was he supposed to pick them up?! Finally he turns up and he says he doesn't have a baby seat so they can't even use the cab!! I call the office and the woman in the office just didn't care at all. She literally said to me "Sorry - these things happen." 2 tired kids, 2.5 hour train journey instead and the most rubbish apology. I told them I was going to publish this fair review of them and they said they don't care. To add insult to injury the company says it will take over a week to get a refund as this is company policy. WHAT. A. JOKE. DO NOT HIRE A CAB FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FULL OF UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND LYING PEOPLE.
