Avoid like the plague. We booked a taxi for guests arriving in London. Despite making it clear the passenger would have an international number, the company failed to contact them as their cab drivers phone could not make an international call. When we queried the price, we were told it was expensive because of parking- the cab driver did not park, but rather waited outside the airport, and our guests were left waiting, with young children, for over an hour. The attitude of the staff at base was dismal, unapologetic, and i will NEVER use this company again. Utterly Appalling service
