Used twice. The first time the driver didn't show up, I had to ring again after waiting for 15 minutes in the cold. Otherwise it was ok. 2nd time the driver tried to charge me £15 for the same journey that costs £12. He also didn't have enough change and I ended up paying £13. You can get better service for the same money.
Also contacted them to get a receipt for one of the rides via e-mail (the website contact site didn't seem to work properly), no reply.
