This was my first time renting a property and Perfect Living made sure it was the worst possible experience I could have. When I viewed the flat it looked lovely, but the day I moved in was an absolute mess! It stunk of smoke, the mattress was dirty and the flat had clearly not been cleaned. I moved out after only three months, but said bye bye to my deposit.
