I have been going to Duncan & Kevin for many years now, when they owned the franchise for D & A. I have stayed with this practice because under their guidance it is the best opticians in Streatham (and further!). I have a problem with one of my eyes and yesterday went to Kevin to ask advice. He immediately diagnosed a detached retina and sent me as an emergency to St Thomas'. Kevin wrote a letter to the emergency department and then they phoned ahead to alert the hospital that it was an emergency. I had amazing servive yesterday & am having an op today. I can't fault the service of this practice. These guys are amazing, so good at their job. Thank you!
