There was no guarantor, according to the director there was no need for one, he does not do checks a total swindler and very unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy... Worst estate agency. liars, dodgy and ignorant people I have ever seen, The director is a smooth talker but would abandon you once he has got his fee....he deals with organised so called tenants who would in turn sub rent. I asked for my flat back and all my furniture was stolen by tenants, doors damaged, kitchen flooded and used up their deposit.
Director said I should move on and he had the guts to ask for another chance to let my flat, what a cheek!
