How can they improve? They could start by actually bagging all the items I paid for!!! They left out FOUR ITEMS. I normally check, but was in a hurry and unfortunately decided to trust them. I decided to do my bit for the local economy and shop somewhere other than a supermarket/department store, however found a lot of the prices in this store were more expensive then the supermarket prices anyway, most items were covered in dust and obviously the service was beyond poor. I feel completely taken advantage of and completely disgusted. I will NEVER shop here again.
