We would just like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful professional way that Pauline and her staff at the Personal Touch looked after us when arranging my mother's funeral. Every thing was so well organised and she kept us informed every step of the way, and the icing for us is that she attended the funeral and reception on the day to make sure that everything went as planned. Fabulous service, we were so grateful. Left us with lovely memories to treasure for years.
